Luxembourg Future Fund 2
Description
The Luxembourg Future Fund 2 was launched on 24 February 2023. A successor to the Luxembourg Future Fund SICAV SIF mandate focusing on early stage, growth and mezzanine investments with a pre-defined Luxembourg angle (Luxembourg Economic Substance Criteria). LFF 2 investments operations take place in the form of primary fund commitments as well as coinvestments (via SPVs).
