About

With extensive experience, the company specializes in technical building equipment and energy management, such as the installation of heating, sanitation, ventilation systems, as well as renewable energy and cogeneration installations.
What motivated you to work with a development bank like SNCI?
M. A.KIEFFER: Without hesitation, we decided to turn to SNCI: I had already gained some initial experience with SNCI’s services and products through another development project.
The connections that have been established and continue to grow beyond simple financing, during the annual follow-up meetings, have made SNCI a fully trusted and competent partner.
Through its ProDevelop program, SNCI co-financed the redevelopment and modernization of the company’s headquarters in Junglinster.
Mr. Kieffer is constantly seeking to develop and innovate his company and was, in this context, looking for a reorganization of his offices and workshops to remain competitive and grow his business.
What advice would you give to other Luxembourgish SMEs facing similar challenges or seeking growth opportunities?
M. A.KIEFFER: I would tell them to aim high and seek guidance from the specialists of federations and professional chambers if needed. Knowing that SME decision-makers often have their ‘heads down in the work,’ it is important to get assistance from the appropriate advisory services offered by various SME support organizations.
If you could summarize your experience with SNCI in a single sentence, what would it be?
M. A.KIEFFER: Professionalism and support; I met interlocutors who are interested and focused on providing truly effective and sustainable co-financing solutions.
