Description
In response to the housing crisis, Spuerkeess, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), Banque Raiffeisen, Banque de Luxembourg, and the Société Nationale de Crédit et d’Investissement (SNCI) have created Prolog, a support mechanism for the residential real estate sector aimed at increasing the supply of completed housing. Its objective is to resolve the situation of properties whose construction has begun but which are unable to reach the market due to insufficient pre-sales.
